- to keep an updated and complete inventory of all related operation equipment in the assigned kitchen section and ensure minimum breakage and spoilage.
- Maintain the upkeep of the food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils and related items.
- To work closely with the kitchen team members to ensure the smooth operations of the outlets.
- Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotel’s standards accordingly.
- To ensure that breakages are administrated in order to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.
- A minimum 1 year of experience in Stewarding Department
- Good knowledge of chemicals and Inventory process
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities
