- Environmental or Safety Engineer, Energy Management, Mechanical or Chemical Engineer or similar education
- Know and understand the requirements of ISO 14000, ISO 45001 and SMK3
- Know and understand about EHS and energy management.
- Have knowledge of analysis and problem solving (Fishbone diagram, Pareto diagram)
- Good oral and written communication
- Understand 5S concept
- Have knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements

- Able to carry out hazard identification and EHS risks assessment as well as identification and assessment environmental aspects of environmental impacts.

- Environment:
- Approve the Hazardous Material Waste Manifest for every disposal using the Electronic Database
- Assign and collect data of environmental monitoring by environment laboratory every semester.
- Prepare environment data of Schott annually.
- Occupational Health:
- Assuring availability of first aid box content through SPO system.
- Collect data needed related with safety.
- Collect and summarize yearly MCU data.
- Following up employee consultation result of IHC.
- Safety:
- Determine, collect data on K3 monitors by the K3 Laboratory every semester and analyze conformity with legal requirements. If there are results that are outside the specifications, corrective action must be taken.
- Prepare report of PPE trial.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Prepare checklist of ERT team and record the result on database.
- Support ERT and Safety Committee to achieve EHS Objective.
- Coordinator of improvement project and campaign of Quality and EHS especially on energy management aspect.
- Coordinator of QX-TPM pillar.
- Support supplier audit for EHS related suppliers.
- Record EHS audit result to CPro.
- Coordinator of pest management.
- Coordinator of change control.
- Coordinator of creation and revision of risk analysis for GMP and EHS aspect.
- Lead small EHS group inspection
- To ensure execution of project as time line
- To ensure improvement activity in line with KPI & Quality-EHS Objectives
- To coordinate improvement task with team
- To share improvement idea to Quality Manager and EHS Site Advisor
- To escalate issue that cannot be solved by team
- To observe implemented project & potential project improvement
