- Design and implement social media strategy to align with marketing & business goals
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Managing the content production for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content, style and layout.
- Track and report on all social media metrics on a weekly/monthly basis
- Monitor trends in social media tools and applications and facilitate new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
- Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and technologies, be it from internal or external avenues
- At least 3 years of work experience as Social Media Specialist
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting & communication skills
- Strong ability to interpret social media data (reach, views, engagements, conversions) and present recommendations to improve performance
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
