- Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting.
- 5 years of experience at least as GM in finance/accounting/tax division in Indonesia.
- Experience in managing HR/GA will be advantage.
- Familiar with Indonesian law, regulations, rules and procedure related to taxation, manpower, shipping regulation, and corporate law.
- Fluency in English as business communication is a must.
- CPA certification is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and managerial skills.
- Attention to detail, good business manner.
- Managing and overseeing finance, accounting, and taxation as CFO.
- Establishing business process and operation from finance, accounting, and taxation side, such as accounting systems, etc.
- Managing HR/GA as Director.
- Establishing HR information system to assist payroll, tax calculation, overtime, and employee management systems.
- Providing consultation regarding business and corporate law, taxation, finance, etc. in Indonesia.
Working Day: Mon-Fri, 8-17
Work Location: Patimban, Subang, Jawa Barat
Salary Offer: up to IDR 110 million gross/month,
