- Managing and handling over 40 people of HR personnel across the organization
- Handling end-to-end HR function
- Working with the Head of People to ensure the HR function aligns with company's vision and mission
- Assisting the Head of People in monitoring and overseeing the whole HR team
- Presenting and creating policies, SOPs, and brainstorming with top management to ensure equity of organizational value
In order to be considered as a successful candidate, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Written and spoken English language skills
- Over 12 years of experience in the HR function, minimum 5 years in managerial position
- Previous experience in recruitment, performance management, and talent retention
- Proven track record of handling big teams, specifically high headcount in HR function
- Candidate will be working in a market leader company
