- Conduct commercial capability gap assessment in line with the business objective
- Build the field force capabilities through planned training through mix-approaches - self conducted training, train the trainer, tapping into area resources or identifying external trainers.
- Act as coach to sales force with a structured in field engagement plan to drive capability and performance
- Build sales force KPI for effective and efficient process for sales, including developing sales force incentive and recognition program
- Develop, deploy and drive governance around the sales SOPs
- Drive commercial, marketing, e-catalogue and channel excellence in partnership with the country leadership team and commercial leaders
- Develop a strong business analytics function that drives improved funnel management, assists in generating insights, fosters capture of competitive intelligence and defines/tracks/reports right KPI to drive performance across channels.
- Bachelor or Master degree from pharmaceutical or medicine background (Master degree in MBA/business/management is a plus)
- Minimum 8 years experience in pharmaceutical commercial function
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actions; experience establishing comprehensive strategy and plans for business growth
- Teaming skills - Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must
