About the Engineering Manager (Python) Role:
You will lead a small team for backend and be fully responsible for the job coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with the team
- Learn and adapt to new technology implemented to support our core business
- Fully work from office in Central Jakarta
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from reputable university
- Minimum of five years' professional experience
- Experience leading a team
- Experience or ability in: Python, Python framework (Flask, Django, etc.), RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.), NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, etc.), Unit Test, Rest API, Version Control System (Gitlab, Github, etc.), Linux OS
- Experience or ability in: Microservices, Test Driven Development (TDD), Message Broker (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus
