Job Description

Persyaratan
  • Hold at least a Diploma's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Business level English (spoken & written).
  • Has minimum 10 years of experience as Lead Engineer for corporate commercial projects.
  • Knowing the field of Electrical Systems.
  • Professional Engineer license.
  • Willing to work in Gresik, Surabaya.
  • Preferably have working experience in Japanese company.

Tanggung Jawab
  • Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects.
  • Manage and implement quality standards and quality control systems.
  • Review specifications to identify all inspections & test requirements and develop project inspection and test plans.
  • Evaluate the validity and acceptability of inspection, examination, and testing results.
  • Monitoring and performs all quality inspections, tests, or measures materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications on the field of project work that has been recently completed in accordance the specification approval plan.
  • Provide expert advice to all stakeholders, including contractors, Project Manager, project staff, clients, and donor agencies on electrical engineering-related work where required.
  • Update and maintain project documentation as required for Quality Control, job progress, and customer sign-off.
  • Prepare and review detailed electrical engineering design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work reports to be included in facilities construction tender documents.
  • Assists in the development, review, and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets, and staffing requirements.
  • Other related tasks as assigned.
