- Have an intermediate level understanding, ability, and concept of instrumentation, control systems, and automation system
- Medium level in skill, knowledge, and conceptual in instrumentation, control system, and automation system
- Ensure the implementation of calibration and verification in each unit takes place with the correct method and is traceable to the appropriate standard / reference
- Ensure calibration and verification activity in each facility location is conducted in proper method and traceable to complied standard / reference
- Identify control level specifications and perform backup & restore processes for all control levels installed in the uni
- Identify specifications in control level of automation pyramid and conduct backup & restore to all installed equipment in unit
- Assist the National Automation Head for functionality analysis and technical specifications related to purchase requests submitted by the unit.
- Support National Automation Head in functionality analysis and technical specification in subject of purchase requests raised by respective parties
- Inspect, diagnose, and analyze issues that occur in the field, specific to instrument measurements in correlation of accuracy, consistency, and suitability.
- Conduct inspection, diagnostic, and analytic to problem occurred in site, specifically toward instrument measurement in subject to accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Ensure the design of the system architecture in the unit and coordinate with related parties for the availability of technical documents, including hazardous location
- Ensure system architecture design in assets facility and coordinate with respective parties for availability of technical document
- Identify the life cycle conditions for the control system in the unit and provide input regarding the possibility of migration and the necessary preparations.
- Identify life cycle conditions for control system in units and provide feedback for migration, upgrading, and its preparation
- Provide advice and recommendations on effective and efficient operational conditions in the context of the automation system in the work corridor of the National Automation Management
- Deliver recommendation and advise to effective and efficient operational condition in subject of automation system and working framework of National Automation Management
- Have an understanding in the logic of automation processes, communication interfaces in machine controllers, PLCs, SCADAs, and DCS on design and implementation with users and vendor
- Understand process automation logic, interface communication in machine controller, PLC, SCADA, and DCS from design to joint implementation with user and vendor
- Have basic skills in understanding new technology and related to digitalization
- Having basic understanding in novelty technology and in correlation to digitization
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industry, Information Technology, Mechatronics
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in National Automation Management
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Able to travel in high frequency
- Understand process automation logic, interface communication in machine controller, PLC, SCADA, and DCS from design to together implementation with user and vendor
- Have understanding in automation process logic, communication interfaces in machine controller, PLC, SCADA, and DCS towards design and implementation with users and vendors
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
