You know you're doing a good job when:
Managed to develop a memorable brand story for Ekipa to make a clear message and effective branding across marketing channels (social media, email marketing, web article).
Identify the content needs of our audience by conducting market research and competitive analysis across all marketing channels.
Develop and manage social media strategy and editorial, including content calendar and content plan.
Catch up with the latest trend in any social media and develop it into ideas content bank.
Create the content brief for producing content in social media, including copywriting and visual briefs.
Create engaging content that adheres to the Ekipa brand, services and employee branding.
Define, measure, and analyze success metrics for reporting, OKR improvement, and content enhancement.
Work with KOL (Key opinion leader) or influencer to leverage the content and reach the broader target audience of Ekipa.
Develop the concept to gather testimonials from our clients and make it more visual and engaging.
Interact with Ekipa audience on the social media.
Research for the content and effective platform to do employee branding.
Be responsible for assisting All Ekipa Co-worker to share their journey in Ekipa on their social media.
Qualifications
Qualifications that we expect:
- Passionate to maintain brand persona
- Eagerness to keep improving together (doesn't wait for orders)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, Social Media, Email Marketing)
- Good understanding in Digital Marketing metrics & tools
- Basic skill of Spreadsheet operation and formulation
- Basic skill of CRM
- 2 years experience in Digital Marketing (preferable)
