- Designing events and providing fresh new ideas in the ideation and concepting process.
- Provide advice, references and recommendations in designing activities, rundown, and other activation strategies.
- Create event proposals, evaluation reports, Terms of Reference and other required documents for the events.
- Communicate and implement ideas and strategies in the execution of events.
- Involve in managing and monitoring events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal parties that support the running of programs/events.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with third parties (marketing channels, vendors, EO, communities).
- Preferably fresh graduates or final semester students.
- All university majors are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in designing and handling events.
- Able to provide new ideas and references in designing events.
- Able to adapt when faced with problems or changes in the execution of events.
- Sociable and flexible in meeting new people.
- Willing and able to attend offline events in Jakarta or other cities outside Jabodetabek area is a plus point.
- Able to read data and draw overall insights from data is a plus point.
