We are now seeking a position as a Plant Manager who will handle all manufacturing and supporting process of plastic packaging manufacturer with the following key responsibilities:
- Control production and non-production activities carried out in the work unit in accordance with the plans, standards and procedures determined to achieve product quality and safety policies and objectives with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction in accordance with applicable standards. Lead and direct all development functions required by the company.
- Evaluate the implementation of product quality and safety management systems within a planned period in accordance with applicable standards.
- Ensuring that the products produced are products that have gone through monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes to meet customer requirements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Ensuring that customer requirements have been met to increase customer satisfaction in accordance with applicable standards.
- Communicate product safety & quality policies and goals across the company and provide a framework for achieving them.
- Monitor the achievement of performance (KPI) that has been determined.
- Approve, control and evaluate costs/expenses to ensure that all expenses incurred are in accordance with the established budget.
- Maximizing machine and material performance efficiency and minimizing problems/problems to reduce operational costs.
- Organizing and coordinating the activities of subordinates/work units with work units from other departments to achieve goals through synergistic cooperation.
- Conduct formal and informal guidance to create a positive work environment, as well as increase work motivation and performance of subordinates.
- Bachelor or Master Degree holder major from Technical and Engineering are require.
- Equip with 7+ years of experience in plastic packaging manufacturer are mandatory.
- Proven contributions and achievements lead manufacturing line of injection, blow molding and tube.
- Familiar with dynamic and made by order production operation system are necessary.
- Able to take main responsible to Group Management.
- Willing be based at CIkarang plant.
