Your Role and Responsibilities:
- The Network Engineer will be a member of the Global Infrastructure Network Operate quad.
- Be responsible for network operations and infrastructure services regionally and globally.
- Be responsible for day-to-day tickets and support, participation in on-call rotation, and documentation.in=f
- Implementing changes to the application architecture
- Expanding/extending network capabilities
- Adding locations/users to the network
- Migrating workloads into ACI fabric
- A demonstrable deep understanding of Data Center network support, configuration and implementation.
- Technical expertise in core switching, routing, MPLS, and FWs.
- Experience and ability in AWS – EC2, EBS, Networking, SG, AMI, Checkpoint firewalls, and F5 Load Balancers.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels with evident comfort in a client-facing role. Able to contribute to the facilitation of experiential problem discovery, framing and solution session.
- Deep technical expertise and business domain knowledge to solve client business problems
- CCNP or equivalent industry &/or business networking experience desired. Hands-on experience with VLANs and routing. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix security (Firewalls, ACLs, Authentication, etc.)
