- Conduct beverages development (start form lab scale formulation to product launching)
- Improve existing product
- Provide specifications needed for QC, Production, and Store team
- Provide documents and labels needed for BPOM regulation
- Administration related to product innovation
- Sourcing vendor for raw material & packaging material
- Conduct panel testing and shelf-life testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or a relevant field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in product development and/or research & development
- Having experience in developing beverage product (will be benefit)
- Strong knowledge di post-harvest technology
- Having knowledge in food safety dan food handling, organoleptic test
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
- Creative, innovative, comfortable working on agile project
- Good understanding & experience in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety
- Have a good analytical skills
- Willing to be placed at Cikupa, Tangerang
