Job Description

Identify and approach potential clients
  • Understand their needs, pitch our product, engage in the negotiations, and close the sales
  • Oversee successful equipment delivery, and subsequent account management and client satisfaction
  • Build and manage a network of third-party distributors and agents
  • Deliver against the sales targets
  • Engage in product improvement and development based on the client's feedback
Requirements:
  • Have at least 4 years of sales experience in agriculture equipment
  • Must have an extensive network of agricultural producers, mills, farms, agents, equipment distributors, and associations/co-ops
  • Knowledgeable about crop and livestock operations, value chains, seasonality, etc.
  • Great people, communications, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel around East Java for 2-3 weeks per month
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • A degree in Business or Agriculture is a plus
