- Understand their needs, pitch our product, engage in the negotiations, and close the sales
- Oversee successful equipment delivery, and subsequent account management and client satisfaction
- Build and manage a network of third-party distributors and agents
- Deliver against the sales targets
- Engage in product improvement and development based on the client's feedback
- Have at least 4 years of sales experience in agriculture equipment
- Must have an extensive network of agricultural producers, mills, farms, agents, equipment distributors, and associations/co-ops
- Knowledgeable about crop and livestock operations, value chains, seasonality, etc.
- Great people, communications, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel around East Java for 2-3 weeks per month
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- A degree in Business or Agriculture is a plus
