This is a part-time freelance opportunity, you only need to be present at our office 1-2 times a week for debrief or content production. This role is fully based in Jakarta. Relocation or working remotely from outside of Jakarta is not possible.

Requirements
- More than 2 years of relevant professional work experience as a Graphic Designer, especially handling social media and digital marketing assets
- Outstanding portfolio of completed design projects.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Software (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
- Possess a strong foundation in design with the ability to combine simple icons and graphic generation, various colours, fonts, and layouts to make standout ad creatives.
- Proven experience in basic video editing for social media assets
- Adequate knowledge of content development and online marketing is a plus
- Fluency in both Bahasa and English
- Work day to day with the User Growth team to fulfil our business goals through digital platforms, especially social media.
- Generate and publish high-quality, targeted and engaging social media content based on briefs.
- Produce excellent creatives based on briefs across a variety of digital platforms.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts across both internal and external projects.
- Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and creativity
- Great communication skills
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Manage yourself. We expect you to create your own workflow to meet requirements and deadlines
- Team player. We expect you to be able to work together with other team members to solve design related problem
