General Manager Operations
This position will be responsible to handle the end-to-end process outlet operations including production, budgeting, inventory, cost control, and hiring. Also, will lead a team of 6 people and manage around 40 outlets.
Job Description:
- Maintining outlet operations including implementing the policies and standard operating procedures, outlet production, quality, customer satisfaction, budgeting, cleanliness of the outlets, and handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handling inventory, and cost controls for outlets.
- Meeting the company objective and exploring new opportunities for the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Management or equivalent. Or Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food & beverage/restaurant industry.
- Well-experienced in food and beverage management and handling software such as POS and other restaurant management software.
- English is a must.
