YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain Excellence Processes:
- Understand the End to End Supply Chain processes within Indonesia/ key import & exporting countries to better harmonize the existing processes, tools and systems
- Deploy global/ regional SCM Excellence guidelines in the country
- Understand latest external trends and best practices to both
- Perform benchmarking with other relevant SC organization, capture and share best practices within Supply Chain community among the region and country teams
- Facilitates the Supply Chain Management organization engagement, knowledge management, improve communication flow for successful implementation of End to End Supply Chain initiatives
- Support country SCM Team to drive cost efficiencies initiatives through Supply Chain operational excellence
- Developing transparency dashboards, process to improve planning process efficiency and optimize working capital
- Support successful implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives in SEAP (T2W, digital transformation) and develop SC capabilities to support new business models (NBM) & Go to market model (G2M)
- Drive the supply chain risk management strategy and develops mitigation measures to ensure supply security.
- Steers internal SCM audit management
- Leading the Digital Transformation & Innovation projects
- Perform Project management for internal Supply Chain and relevant cross functions projects
- Support new business models by partnering with IT to drive the new technologies adoption throughout the SCM organization
- Foster innovation, digitization and improve End to End supply chain visibility of both Crop Protection (CP)and RC
- Enable data driven decisions, lead knowledge management initiatives and any cultural transformation initiatives within supply chain organization.
- Bachelor s degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years cumulative experience in different areas of Supply Chain with Project Management skill
- Demonstrate an improvement, growth and digital mindset
- Excellence in communication, coaching skills required, customer focus; ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict
- Ability to manage & manipulate large amounts of data & convert to clear business information
- Expertise in supply chain management principles is a must
- Master communication techniques (presentation, oral/writing)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to interact and influence various stakeholders at senior level from different functions
