You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Commis will be responsible for producing bakeries and pastries for all concerned outlets within Grand Hyatt Jakarta. To prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 Year at same position at 5 Star Hotel, Sound bakery products, Good knowledge in HACCP
