WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING :
- Assist Front Office operation in the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel whilst on duty. • Lead Front Office team by example and treat them in a courteous and discretionary manner
- Set the guest service standards that becomes the benchmark, set out to be attained by all hotel staff
