3. Prepare overall financial report; Include communicate and coordinate report to CEO
4. To prepare appraisals for particular projects and the development of initiatives
5. Initiate and manage audit procedures as necessary
6. Manage and provide support for performance of Finance team;
7. Design financial and operation strategy; Include provide advice to CEO regarding financial programs
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in finance, accounting, economy, or other related major
2. Having minimum 5 years of experiences to related function
3. Able to create, analyze, and interpret financial report
4. Familiar with accounting, operation, and financial system
5. Having experiences in managing team
6. At least 1-year experiences in Edu-tech business would be preferred
