- Develop plans & ensure excellent execution of solid marketing plans across all platforms.
- Set targets, budget & activities to enhance Hangry's current & new brands, including but not limited to touchpoint identification, ads, digital marketing, KOL & partnerships.
- Overseeing branding, advertising and the promotional campaign’s across platforms to create brand awareness & market share.
- Identifying & implementing trends in the current market.
- Ensuring the achievement of set targets within the allocated budget.
- Analyze business data and translate them into actionable steps
- Working with multiple divisions to ensure the smooth execution of plans.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development of team members
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into creative business solutions.
- Min. 3 to 4 years of marketing experience in F&B / FMCG / business/online food platforms (grabfood/gofood/shopeefood) or relevant marketing experience.
- S1 graduate from business/marketing/communications major
- Deep understanding of the marketing field (KPIs, consumer trends & behavior, touchpoints) and creative process (visuals, ads, production, campaign creation)
- Good project management and agility in responding to changes and current trends.
- Proven leadership skills: mentorship, decision making, team building, setting KPIs
- Proficient in operating GSuite: Slides, Sheets, Docs
