- Preparing monthly financial statement handling full set of accounts
- Maintenance of cash book records and the reconciliation of bank accounts
- Recording and reconciliation of supplier invoices and payments on accounting software
- Preparation of accruals and prepayments for month end
- Fixed Asset register maintenance
- Preparation of audit schedules and reports
- Any ad-hoc assignments
- Bachelor Degree of Business/ Economics/ Accounting and/or equivalent professional qualification
- Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4, local, and multinational company
- Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive in problem-solving and client management
- Meticulous and detailed
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore compliance requirements on Accounting, Tax, Companies Act, Accounting is a definite advantage.
