NRM decisions on levers 3-5 - Active Mix management, Promo management, Trade spendings.
Co-leading POP development & strategy and CATMAN projects.
Manages trade fundamentals for the brands and sets distribution targets in the respective channel, strategic guidance to account teams.
Develop strong relationships with customers at marketing level.
Lead and develop customer specific short- and long-term programs/initiatives based on relevant shopper/customer insight.
Requirements:
Open for Project Based role with duration 6-12 months.
Bachelor's degree preferably in a Business, Marketing, or related subject.
5+ years of working experience in similar roles in Channel Development, Category Operations & Planning preferable in FMCG.
Solid knowledge of Go To Market and Channel Management Category Growth Strategy Understanding.
Experience in implementing channel strategies and initiatives, Communication expertise across brand, category, channel and customer.
Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channels, Collaborating with marketing teams and other key internal/external stakeholders.
Strong Analytics – ability to draw insights and actions from data.
English language proficiency required.
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
