- Have minimum 5 year working experience in related field
- Have minimum 5 year teaching experience (instructor, coach, lecturer, speaker or trainer) in related field
- Have a strong interest in teaching & learning
- Have a good time management and task prioritization in dynamic working environment
- Have some innovative & creative teaching methods, technique, and blended learning approach
- Good communication and able to deliver learning materials in class
- Certificate of competence or teaching (if any)
