- Graduated from University of Indonesia
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Strong interest in learning and has the ability to lead, nurture & coach
- Strong presentation skills. Presents / communicates with self-assurance and confidence, able to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages.
- Having a positive attitude
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify and prioritize critical concerns and provide recommended solutions.
