- Perform continuous monitoring on Agency Management
- Accountable for regular audit of agency operational, weekly checking and monthly checking list
- Accountable for compliance with local regulatory and/or banking association guidelines and requirements
- Accountable for compliance with operational risk, against money laundering guidelines, reputational risk, treating customer fairly policy and local regulations on collection activities including customer data privacy
- Accountable for Agency Collection compliance to the Group Code of Conduct
- To support business financial by minimize credit risk and credit loss
- To support business financial by maintain cost within budget
- Identify and observe post charge off accounts in order to gives feedback on customer behaviour
- Ensure proper execution of defined strategy in the Agency management process
- Contribute to design and to end Collection Agency process to improve efficiency and effectiveness of collection process
- Ensure Collection Agency policies and procedures are complies with Group Policy and Standards
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly basis tracking of MIS and Agency Performance
- Accountable for closing all Policy &/or Process Standard gaps within agreed timelines.
- Review and ensure that daily, weekly & monthly agency checklist are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
- To guide, train and manage direct report in performing tasks as per their job description
- Oversee day to day capacity planning & forecasting, in accordance with Group Collection Standards new point Maintain and monitor Tele collectors to ensure that adequate resources are in place to execute Collection strategies, and deliver daily, weekly & monthly recovery goals.
- Work closely with other units within Credit Department and other stakeholders outside Credit Department to support overall credit and business initiatives and strategy
- Maintain an organization structure that is aligned with the Group Collection Standard
- Oversee career development plans of key resources to assure the robust succession planning and to build a healthy talent inventory
- Encourage and promote an active training and learning Collection environment to facilitate excellence in performance, through motivating Collection staff.
- Ensure account under Agency are well managed and full coverage
- Ensure customer complaint well managed and solved in timely manner
- Maintain collection cost is within budget
- Ensure compliance within Group Policy, Local regulatory and Group Code of Conduct
- Comply with the FADP regulatory.
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
