JOB DESCRIPTION
You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Engineering is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management or Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Engineering in a Hotel, or as a Team Leader (Supervisor) in a larger operation in a similar large building/complex with a central plant
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Expert in Kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Good knowledge of kitchen utilities and electrical.
