· Addressing guest feedback in a timely manner to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
· Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities and promotions
· Assisting in hotel outlets where required
· Communicating with a diverse range of people in a professional manner
· Providing supervision, support and ongoing training to ambassadors
· Managing emergency situations and providing the first response to medical situations
· Processing and assisting with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too
· Leading by example when attending to guest requests. Be proactive and resourceful
· Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and productive
· Having the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
· Assisting in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues
· Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members
Work Experience
· Indonesia nationality
· At least 2 years experience in the same position
· Experienced in 4 or 5 star hotel
· Good command of english both spoken and written
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
