- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Active English
- At least 4 years experiences in production as Manager in Electronic/Automotive manufacturing, preferable in Assembling process
- Preferable has experience in handling several divisions (for example beside production, they also supporting in PPIC, QC/QA, HRGA)
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016, production management, risk management, safety regulation
- Computer literate
- Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods
- Collaborate with management for any tasks
- Divide responsibilities and task across team to be efficient
- Problem solving
- Evaluate performance
- Overseeing inventory
- Ensure the law, health, and safety protocol are upheld
- Approve regular maintenance work
- Control subcontractor production
- Assist upper management for expansion or acquisition
