Job description

In this role you will get the full responsibility for CTS key account development. Your mission is a nation-wide one.

You will work intensively together with the CTS sales managers & sales engineer, assuring that the respective areas are organized to develop the key account customer potential.

Together with the CTS sales managers you will develop the best fit business plans that match the local opportunities and consequentially follow up on the results.

On the other hand you will be required to manage some specific global and big scale accounts directly yourself, with the regions decentralized in a supporting role.

You take responsibility for the turnover and P&L achieved for key accounts customers in CTS.

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and professional team and will report to the Marketing Manager - BLM of CTS Sales and Marketing in Indonesia Customer Center.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for the CTS Division for all key account related questions;
  • You will undertake and manage a full analysis of the nation-wide key account potential for the products of the CTS Division and as a result of this analysis you will develop, communicate and implement a national strategy for rapid growth;
  • Visit our portfolio of Key Accounts in Indonesia on a regular basis in order to promote our Service Products at corporate level;
  • Make sure that our strategy and product offer per Key Account customer is well communicated and understood by all Atlas Copco people involved with the customer in the division as well as in our CTS sales areas;
  • Support the CTS sales areas in implementing the strategies defined at customer corporate level and CTS Division;
  • Work closely with the other Product Managers in CTS and the equipment divisions to maintain alignment on strategies;
  • Follow-up CTS results on your customer portfolio in order to safeguard a profitable growth;
  • Follow up the sales process following Proactive sales management strategy and sales funnel steps;
  • Interact with the legal department to develop and review standard service terms and conditions for key account customers;
  • Keep updated on competitor activities in key account customers and report when appropriate;
  • Support the customer's headquarters in case of emergencies and direct contacts as needed.
Requirements
  • Dynamic and outgoing person to develop relations at the top management of customer
  • Having ability to provide prompt response to customer with right solution
  • Good communication ability at all levels of the customers
  • Collaborate well with equipment division for generating right opportunities
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are essential
  • Experience with negotiating big contracts and complex terms and conditions is essential.
Educational requirements
  • The successful candidate should preferably have an engineering degree plus several years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Good communication in Mandarin will be an advantage
