Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s capacity to grow the business by controlling the overall transportation and logistics functions.
- Maintain reliable, timely, efficient, and competitive logistics operations.
- Coordinate with the Procurement & Sales departments on a day to day basis; Planning, balancing and constantly readjusting inbound product movement according to trans-loading, storage capacity, production capacity, and customer requirements.
- Monitor holds or discrepancies in the movement of goods and notify all relevant stakeholders especially customer service and the customer.
- Outstanding negotiation abilities
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Preferably someone with a solid network within fresh buyers & Cold Chain Logistisc
- The individual that is resourceful, highly driven and goal-oriented
- Able to deliver under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
