Job Description

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Drive sales management towards new business acquisitions within mining and cement industry
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines
  • Implementation of principal strategies, guidelines, and policy in Indonesia
  • Maintain and increase customer satisfaction
  • Track and monitor progress on new business development in Indonesia
  • Identifying new market potentials to ensure best market penetration can be achieved
  • Accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans
  • Providing insights for new business opportunities and leading the team to execute strategies
  • Establishing strong connections with potential/existing stakeholders to create value

This role is based in Jakarta we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organisational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.

Other key requirements include:
  • A minimum 8 years experience as sales or marketing manager in an industrial B2B environment
  • Degree in Mechanical engineering from reputable university
  • Preferably also with at least 8 years experiences in selling products related to Mining/Cement industry
  • Having network in Mining industry is a must
  • Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organisation and various cross-functions
  • Willingness to travel outside Jakarta
