- Identify and assess high-caliber talents to join the business
- Provide consultancies to various key stakeholder in the company on manpower planning needs, profiling for relevant positions as aligned with business' needs
- Capture a thorough understanding of executive talents' wants and needs, unlocking their true potentials and how they could contribute to the business
- Advising C-suites on external market trends, translating these trends into actionable plans to define recruiting strategies
- Assisting TA BAU activities, involved in end-to-end recruitment process, filling manpower fulfilment across departments as needed
The ideal candidate shall have the experience in hiring for executive roles with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders. Candidate must adopt a commercial-minded acumen to attract caliber talents into the company with passion in connecting the gaps between talents and business. Given their current recruitment focus on hiring for key executive positions, candidate with prior background in headhunter would be highly preferred.
