- Monitor communication tools and internal system to ensure the achievement of SLA in productivity, accuracy & TAT target.
- Conduct fare quoting diagnostic based on client's requirements.
- Ensure that all fares are audited according to the instructions.
- Report any issues or system limitations to the Team Leader & Fare Specialist.
- Very good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
- Good logic & analytical skill
- GDS experience (ATPCO, Sabre and/or Amadeus) is a must.
