Responsibilities:
- Project manage and collaborate with a designer to develop content for social media
- Publish content across channels for the Football Division (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat)
- Engage on behalf of the brand but defer all Tier 1 (to be later identified) customer service needs to the content manager here
- Manage paid social to boost key content identified as 'priority'
- Create monthly recap reports to share performance
- Be available for onsite meetings as needed
- Share content calendar with the marketing team to be approved
- Be willing to meet for one and a half hours 2x between June-Dec for quarterly content planning
- MUST have experience playing football
- 3+ years of copywriting experience
- Ability to project manage an intern
- Solid understanding and interest in sports
- Proficient in social media and it’s limitations
