- Japanese (Business level) *Preferably N1.
- Experience in Same industry.
- Experience management subordinate for more than 3 years.
- Willing to be located in Bekasi.
- Experience in staying in Japan will be a plus.

- Guidance and training of employees and Jisshusei.
- Communicate with each any client or Japanese as needed.
