PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently helping one of our clients in a Japanese hospitality (hotel and apartement) company to be placed as a After Service Staff (Japanese Speaker) with requirements below:
Job descriptions: * Handling problem at client’s apartment, complaints and requests
- Customers support & Japanese speaker (Japanese Translator)
- Arrange schedule with technician, property agent and clients
- Make daily, monthly and yearly reports
- Make listing of client’s date, check documents, collaborate with marketing tim, and become a consultant for clients.
- This position will handle for Japanese clients who using Apartment in Jakarta area. (about 300 houses)
- Open for any educational background
- Able to communicate in Japanese (Preferably N2~N1)
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Preferably has work experience in hospitality industry (eg. Receptionist in Hotel, etc.)
- Able to work independent and team, good interpersonal skills
