Have at the minimum a diploma from a recognized institution in Hotel and Catering Management and having worked as a project manager a similar capacity for at least 5 years.
Those without a relevant diploma may be considered if having worked as a project manager a similar capacity for at least 7-10 years.
Have knowledge of hygiene and safety guidelines (HACCP)
Fluent in both written and spoken English ((TOEFL above or equal to 550 and Bahasa Indonesia
Have proven track record in managing a catering and Housekeeping establishment.
Shall be tactful, diplomatic and produce excellent communications skills.
Shall have above average inventory/stock controls and planning skills.
Mastering IT, Ms Office, Google Work sheet, etc.
