You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and ensuring that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Qualifications:
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality, rooms Division, hotel management, or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as Director of Rooms, in larger operations.
- Have experience working with five-star international hotels or resort brands.
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Comprehensive knowledge of front office and housekeeping operations including loss prevention and Resort activities.
