1.10-12 years' work experience maintaining a GIS database include spatial analysis (e.g., modeling problems geographically) and data extraction (e.g., creating scripts to efficiently isolate data).
1.Diploma's Degree in GIS, Computer science, Geography, Planning, or related field (preferred)
2.Experience using ESRI tools (e.g., ArcMap, ArcGIS, ArcDesktop) to design and edit GIS systems, programs, and databases.
3.Work experience programming in one of the following languages: Python, VB.net, SQL, or C# (preferred)
4.Experience leading a project team in a GIS environment (e.g., adhering to a budget, implementing project plans, tracking project milestones and deliverables, and preparing project status reports).
5.Experience supervising or working in a lead capacity in a GIS environment to include training and reviewing work of co-workers or staff.
Tanggung Jawab
1.Establish and maintain the Network mapping system through use of geographic information systems (GIS).
2.Plan, coordinate, and direct GIS activities. including coordinate with vendors or other department for GIS data collection.
3.Perform complex systems management functions for the GIS users and systems.
4.Assist with training and instruction to District GIS users.
5.Collaborate with internal Information Technologies (IT) department to ensure proper maintenance and operation of required systems.
6.Receive and review as-built drawings (both hard copy and softcopy) from vendors and notify them of any required corrections.
7.Gather missing or additional data to complete GIS database requirement.
