Job Description

  • Create and maintain programs for staff retention and cohesiveness, reward, and recognition.
  • Drive HR policies and initiatives to support the company's development and growth.
  • Drive HR projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage the processing of payroll, compensation and benefits, training and development, recruitment, and reward & recognition functions of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements.
  • Provide advice and counseling to line managers on staff-related issues for e.g,: performance counseling and staff disciplinary matters.
Reporting directly to the executive|Executive role in a prestigious service industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources functions with 2+ years of experience at a managerial level.
  • Proven skilled in Talent Management and Center of Excellence within the HR function
  • Strong background in Hospitality and Leisure industry.
One of the most prestigious Leisure Services in Jakarta.
  • Executive role in a prestigious service industry.
  • Reporting directly to the executive.
  • Wide authority to develop the company from the HR perspective.
