Our client is a rapid-growing venture capital firm that offers working capitals to individuals owning small and micro enterprises.
This role will require on-point and strong skills in sales, decision-making, and also analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage group lending branches operation and branches’ team to ensure business targets are met with good quality. Participate in strategic planning and annual budgeting to ensure alignment of distribution network with organization’s overall targets. Review and suggest any necessary changes of products, location, and field operational processes.
Duties
- Build and increase a very good level of satisfaction among clients as well as among the members of the team.
- Increase business in the target segment (number of clients and outstanding loan portfolio), to even overachieve the institutional targets.
- Manage the Business Unit in the best way possible, to also always ensure an excellent quality in the loan portfolio and in all matters.
- Learn and implement best practices from the Institution, and from other financial institutions in Indonesia and around the world.
- Monitoring and developing team members and branches, in order to have the best growth, quality, internal controls, risk management, work, results, climate, values and corporate culture, aligned with the institutional mission and vision.
- Conduct visits within and outside Jakarta to rural areas to observe their operational activities.
- Always work together with other departments in order to have the best talents, assets, service, support, reports, tools, products, channels, policies, procedures and service level agreements.
- Learn and apply (through other departments), innovations and disruptions needed to always have competitive advantage in the target segment.
- Participate in the institutional strategy, business plan, annual plans and budgets.
- Create and develop the best relationships with target segments, leaders, local authorities and other relevant stakeholders needed.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Bachelor Degree. Preference in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting. (MBA or similar master degree is a PLUS).
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in similar positions, leading sales as well as collections teams working in multiple cities in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-structured mindset, focused, goal-oriented person.

- Patient, flexible, adaptable.
- Excellent team player in multidisciplinary teams.
- Very good in spoken and written English (fluent in English is a PLUS).
