We are recruiting on behalf of the biggest Healthcare company in Indonesia, and they are looking to hire an IT Service Manager.
Job Description:
- Responsible for ITSM Operation Team, contributing to multi team coordination in ICT of Siloam Hospitals. Both from Head Office and Siloam Hospital Units across Indonesia.
- Drive the design of ITSM Policies, implementation of ITSM Policies, documentation, monitoring and enforcement of ITSM policies.
- Drive the ITSM implementation, includes designing ITSM Policies, enforcement of ITSM Policies, Change management in accordance with implementation of ITSM and ITSM Compliance post implementation.
- Have extensive experience minimal 3 to 4 years involving ITSM, whether ITSM Operation or Implementation project, but implementation is a plus.
- Inter social skills, communication skill and project management skills are a plus.
- ITSM Certification is a plus but is not mandatory.
- Available to work onsite at Karawaci, Tangerang.
