- Follow global guidelines and gold standards to build strong digital & ecommerce fundamentals
- Provide digital & ecommerce industry benchmarks to ensure the brand is competitive in the digital-ecom space
- Identify and expose the marketing team to the newest local digital opportunities, latest technologies, rising trends
- Under the leadership of the Marketing director, activate consumer-centric, omni-channel digital campaigns including owned, paid, social and earned media targeting both Consumers and HCPs
- Manage digital fundamentals to reach Gold Standards: Website Content and SEO, Paid Search, SM presence
- Execute the adoption of global programs and the creation of digital amplifications
- Monitor global digital KPIs ensuring granular campaign efficiency and long-term effectiveness
- Steer continuous optimization and gather learnings and insights
- Support the Ecom Account Manager in the definition of the role of ecommerce, sales targets, investments and channel PNL
- Ensure ecom is part of the overall digital strategy creating an ecosystem embracing the consumer journey
- Support ecommerce plans, including traffic generation and A+ content
- Manage all inbound 1st party data channelled from O2O ecosystem and optimizing for brand recruitment and for brand insight generation
- Propose digital 1st strategies and plans able to reach defined marketing goals
- Collaborate with Account Managers in the development of ecommerce as a profitable channel
- Support the exchange of best practices
