MTU Indonesia (Rolls-Royce Power Systems) is now hiring a Marine Sales Manager for our Jakarta office. This person will be brought in to further develop, manage and be responsible for our marine engine sales in an effective manner. Your role will be to achieve department targets, business in country targets and to meet company objectives, in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

Key Accountabilities:
To assist developing and manage Commercial and Government Marine products solutions sales activities to cover Indonesia market in line with regional sales strategy, Integrity Code & Compliance Guidelines.
To arrange for frequent sales calls and customer visits to do presentation of MTU products solutions and create inquiries, to follow up inquiries and to maintain relationships.
Prepare and conducts sales correspondence and reports and keeping abreast to market information and developments through market research and training.
Process strong communication abilities, able to work in matrix organization and the capacity to facilitate teamwork across department.
To ensure quotation submitted in timely manner and pricing given to customers are correct in accordance to the prevailing customer pricing structure and in conformance with signing rights and bid-no bid policy.
To execute customer orders with precision and meet promised delivery time by well coordinating with OM team.
Solid understanding of application and engineering to provide solutions to customer needs.
Must acquire and review customer needs and its technical problem, making recommendations to the team to satisfy needs and develop solutions.
Provide professional advice, guidance, expertise and action on all matters related to the quality of the products or services provided by the MTU solutions
Ensures that product, plant and processes meet safety and reliability requirements through all project phases and demonstrates this through external and internal regulatory requirements
To achieve exceptional customer service level and ensure that customer complaint, if any, are handled and resolved properly and quickly
Working closely with Partner and OEMs and our Marine Products Commercial, Application & Engineering team in Singapore & Germany
To perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or related field with 7-10 years experiences in sales field of diesel engines, parts and services in senior level.
Excellent exposure in diesel engines and parts.
Excellent salesmanship and negotiation skills.
Proficient in written & spoken English.
