Will be supporting Manager daily activity, like minutes of meetings, schedules, events, clients, special projects and coordinating with other departments.
- D3/S1 graduate from reputable University, majoring in Secretarial, Management or similar faculties
- Having minimum of 2 years working experience as Personal Assistant
- FEMALE, SINGLE, 22 – 30 years old
- Fluent in English, both oral & written, TOEFL preferably 500
- Enthusiastic in Learning new things with high motivation
- Good Communication and excellent interpersonal skill
- Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office)
- Attention to detail, good information seeking, and excellent in team work
- Open-minded, independent, hard working & proactive team player
- Excellent in organising events, exhibitions, and forum
- Good looking and well presented
- High level of the integrity, and possessing good interpersonal skills
- Strong personality with high level of energy, flexible and initiative
- Willing to travel in Indonesia & overseas & must be able to communicate with management level
