Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new account and maintains relationship with existing accounts from the manufacturing industries in Indonesia
- Pro- actively hunt for new businesses development
- Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting
- Structure the local portfolio according to distribution agreements and develop and align suppliers’ & product strategies with the local market.
- Develop go to market strategies for new supplier partnerships and/or product launches
- Perform regular research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in order to increase sales and expand the business
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Liaise with internal & external technical teams to support business development and sales strategies
- More than 5 years experience in plastic manufacturer business in a sales role
- Proven experience in managing a high-performance sales team and team management skills
- Strategic thinker and commercially driven
- Highly collaborative and consultative, Consumer-focused and strong influencing skills
- Possess strong business acumen and commercial finance competencies
