- Focus on deal execution, generating and screening new deals.
- Building financial models and reviewing Investment Memorandum
- Monitoring portfolio companies
- Conducts research, ratio analysis, and gives interpretations on private companies
- Conducting due diligence on potential investments
- Participating in negotiations with potential investors to determine terms of an investment
- Strong academic credentials - Bachelor's Degree is required
- A minimum of 2 years working in Advisory roles
- Extensive skills in due diligence, valuation, financial modeling skills, M&A, and Corporate Finance
- Highly analytical and responsible, intelligent analyst to complement existing private equity team
- Excellent command in English, both written and verbal
