Job Description

Things you'll do:
  • Develop and implement personalized and automation-based campaigns to target specific segments of customers
  • Conduct data analysis and segmentation techniques to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as email, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, which can significantly increase revenue
  • Implement strategies to retain customers
  • Use data and customer insights to forecast revenue and make informed decisions to drive growth
  • Use metrics such as customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and customer retention rate to measure the ROI of the CRM initiatives and adjust them accordingly
You'll fit in this job if you:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, experience as Marketing and Sales is preferable
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with CRM software
  • Strong project management skills
