- Develop and implement personalized and automation-based campaigns to target specific segments of customers
- Conduct data analysis and segmentation techniques to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as email, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, which can significantly increase revenue
- Implement strategies to retain customers
- Use data and customer insights to forecast revenue and make informed decisions to drive growth
- Use metrics such as customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, and customer retention rate to measure the ROI of the CRM initiatives and adjust them accordingly
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, business, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, experience as Marketing and Sales is preferable
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with CRM software
- Strong project management skills
